Oak River Table
The Oak River Table is a contemporary dining table that combines solid oak slabs, epoxy resin and architectural steel construction to create a balanced and natural composition.
The tabletop is crafted from two full solid oak slabs, preserved in their natural form without being artificially reshaped. This approach maintains the authentic live edges of the wood, allowing the natural structure of the tree to become part of the design.
Between the oak slabs runs a black epoxy river, following the organic shape of the wood. Unlike many epoxy tables where resin dominates the design, here the river remains intentionally narrow, allowing the natural oak grain to remain the visual focus.
To create visual balance between the asymmetrical oak slabs, the tabletop includes mahogany inlay strips that subtly restore symmetry within the composition while adding a refined colour contrast.
Although the epoxy river is visually light, the tabletop is internally reinforced with hidden steel elements, ensuring long-term structural strength and stability.

The surface is finished using Rubio Monocoat Pure oil, followed by a nano ceramic protective coating that enhances durability, protects the wood from scratches and highlights the natural oak texture.
The base of the table is constructed from architectural steel legs, finished in matte black. The legs are arranged in a dynamic crossed geometry that creates visual movement while providing excellent stability.
At the bottom of the legs hidden adjustable feet allow the table to be perfectly levelled even on uneven floors.
The result is a modern dining table where natural oak, minimal epoxy and architectural metal structure create a timeless and elegant furniture piece.
