The Steam Bend Pendant is a handcrafted wooden pendant light created using the traditional steam bending technique, where solid wood is shaped with hot water steam to achieve smooth flowing curves while preserving the natural grain structure.
Through this process the wood becomes flexible, allowing it to be carefully bent into a continuous sculptural form. Once cooled, the wood retains its new shape while maintaining the strength and character of the natural material.
The resulting design forms a fluid wave-like structure, giving the lamp a dynamic yet minimalist appearance. The organic silhouette allows the light fixture to function not only as illumination but also as a sculptural interior element.
To maintain the purity of the design, a hidden LED strip is integrated directly into the wood, casting a soft and even light onto the dining table below. This solution eliminates visible lighting components and keeps the focus on the natural wood form.
