The Zen Balance Table – 5/50 is a handcrafted collectible coffee table created as part of the limited 1/50 design series, where each piece is individually made and marked as a unique object.
The tabletop is primarily crafted from solid walnut, forming a complex geometric surface that creates a subtle three-dimensional pattern across the wood. Carefully integrated oak elements introduce contrast and enhance the visual depth of the composition.
The edge of the tabletop is made from steam-bent walnut, shaped using traditional wood steaming techniques. This process allows the wood to form a continuous curved edge while preserving its natural structural strength.

Product Details
One of the most distinctive elements of the table is the sculptural base. The structure resembles a cone-shaped wooden cage, made from vertical walnut slats that surround a natural stone core. Inside the base sits a black river stone sourced from Austria, carefully broken into fragments and stacked in a composition inspired by Zen stone balancing.
This arrangement references the practice of balancing stones found in rivers and nature landscapes, symbolizing calm, equilibrium and the relationship between natural elements.
The base is intentionally shifted away from the center, creating a dynamic balance while maintaining full structural stability.
The table is finished with Rubio Pure oil and protected with a nano ceramic coating, preserving the natural character of the wood while ensuring durability.
